For more than two decades, San Antonio Plastic and Reconstructive Surgeon, Fawn Hogan, MD, has demonstrated a commitment to excellence. Following a distinguished military career, where she served as the Chief of Plastic Surgery at the Department of Defense's largest hospital, and established herself as the DoD’s subject matter expert on facial feminization surgery, she has transitioned into private practice as a co-founder of the Plastic Surgery Group of San Antonio. Dr. Hogan has expertise in many advanced cosmetic procedures, including deep plane facelifts, closed preservation rhinoplasty, brow bone contouring, deep neck contouring, hairline advancement, and lip lifts. Although she is now dedicated to serving her patients and providing the highest level of aesthetic surgery care, she maintains a desire to give back. She continues in her role as adjunct professor at UT Health San Antonio, where she enjoys educating the next generation of plastic surgeons.

San Antonio Plastic and Reconstructive Surgeon, Megan Burgess, MD, is a superb surgeon who has brought her artistry and attention to detail to every operation performed for more than 20 years. She has distinguished herself throughout her military career including service as a general surgeon during Operation Iraqi Freedom. She pursued advanced training in plastics and reconstructive surgery at UT Health San Antonio and then returned to complete eight impactful years at the DoD’s largest medical facility. She has established herself as one of the top plastic surgeons in San Antonio, and now as a co-founder of the Plastic Surgery Group of San Antonio, offers a comprehensive range of expert services including advanced breast surgery, body contouring, and more. She continues to maintain a thriving reconstructive practice in the Baptist Health Systems, while providing concierge non-insurance based care through our PSG of San Antonio practice.
